Njenga Karume’s daughter dead, to be buried in Israel

We would like to announce the ascension to glory of Jane Mukuhi Karume-Kihato.

Wife of the late Captain James Kihato Matu. Mother of Peter Matu Kihato, James Njenga Kihato and Cherie Hannah Njeri Kihato.

Grandmother to Kareem Matu Kihato.

Daughter of the late Hon. Dr. James Njenga Karume and the late Maryanne Wariara Njenga Karume and Margaret Njeri Njenga Karume and the late Matu Kihato and Hannah Njeri Matu, Sister of the late Joseph Karume Njenga, the late Kennedy Njoroge Karume, Henry Waireri Karume, Albert Kigera Karume, Samuel Wanjema Karume, Dr. Francisca Wanjiku Kahiu, Teresia Njeri Karume and Lucy Wanjiru Karume.

Sister-in-law to Hazel Wanjiku Waireri, Emma Wambui Kigera, Tabitha Mumbi Wanjema, James Kahiu, Joseph Kihato Matu, Philip Karumi Matu, Waithera Mwangi, Caroline Matu Moli and Wanjiru Matu.

Mukuhi was loved by her numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and Club of Angel Friends. All who met her knew her to be a source of love, joy and strength.

Jane will be laid to rest in the Holy land of Israel at Bahan Kibbutz. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Nairobi.

A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
